to spring forward

to spring forward in the year is something that we do every year. but what does that mean? a change in the weather, renewed relationships, the hot cross buns for Easter?

what does the upcoming transition period mean to you?

so sister came over today with donuts from Dunkin Donuts — she brought apple fritter, a traditional donut with chocolate and sprinkles, a traditional donut, and a bearclaw. all of it was delicous – donuts and coffee always remind me of popeye the sailor man 🙂

the day passed relatively slowly. took a trip to Ranch 99 to get some egg noodles and spam and had fried egg noodles for lunch. the noodles consisted of egg and cabbage that was cooked with oyster sauce. the spam to be used for another dish in the near future

spent the afternoon on eBay, online shopping, and took a walk around the neighborhood. so big news — I’m selling these TOMS Alpargata Grey Herringbone Size 7.5 and am totally getting jipped on the deal. i bought this pair of shoes for about 38 dollars and brace yourself everyone — am selling it for around 7 dollars. a huge loss in profit. online shopping involved a lot of scrolling and quick decision-making process. as always i have “shopping bags” all over the Internet of things that i want to buy at select stores. am all over deals and discounts, and staying on top of the latest trends. the walk around the neighborhood was beyond refreshing. what’s nice about the neighborhood is the gorgeous view of the hills behind the place — the contrast of the vegetation of trees against the backdrop of the clouds and sky.

for dinner, i had teriyaki beef, bok choy, and rice
